      Pros

      - Great office culture - Great management - they'll go to bat for you - Awesome office - They have a nice gym, pool tables, ping pong, etc. - Everyone wants to help - People want to see each other succeed. It's never a "us against us" situation.

      Cons

      - Could probably pay a little better. - I've heard that it's easier to get better pay and move up in the company if you leave and then come back.
