      HQ and Global are good. Regional is bad.

      Pros

      HQ and Global are good to see what can change for the future and is eager to drive the change. Which is at the cutting edge.

      Cons

      Regional is the worst one I have ever met. Not one of but simply the worst. Poor leadership. No strategy.

      Chaotic, short-sighted, hierarchical. Everything but what it projects to be

      Pros

      - Some departments have good leaders. Majority awful. Bullying, hierarchical culture. - Maybe good industry to be in if the trend continues. Some money put into research. But not likely to succeed. - Very free to work wherever you like. Some colleagues never show up for work.

      Cons

      - Management does lipservice only, nothing substantial. Homophobic jokes etc. - Fast moving but no vision. Just follows what competition is doing, but faster and usually worse. Can't take it seriously. - Chaos everywhere. Nobody is accountable for anything; Blame game is normal.

      Pros

      Great ANZ HR culture, vibrant initiatives and good remuneration package.

      Cons

      Poor market/industry knowledge was made worse through lack of acknowledgement. Poor communication, lack of open/honest feedback, no real direction, and often made to feel undermined. A quite difficult environment, one I have never before come across and hope to forget.
