Cons

Continual bad leadership from Lenovo. They give out "direction" but never follow through with their expectations. Lead times are god awful, expect 8-12 weeks for a single order to ship and expect to miss your quota because of it. They harp on selling professional service but fail almost every single time on executing the project for the customers, leading to losing customers.
