Pros

The salary is always paid on time without any delays. The warehouse itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The team of fellow warehouse workers is generally friendly and supportive, which makes the physical work a bit easier.

Cons

The work-life balance is poor because you are constantly asked to stay late after your shift. Management is very rigid and rarely makes concessions regarding personal schedules or requests. Furthermore, there is almost no room for promotion; even if you perform well as a Picker/Packer, you feel stuck in the same position indefinitely. Management loyalty toward employees is very low.

Cons

Its hard graft, but you get a free workout doing the required amount. Nice if more positive feedback from management. I believe that all is going the right way. My management are all responsive and great

Pros

Doncaster RDC - Simple job, if your self motivated you'll have no issues. Night M, plenty of parking, subsidised meals very good, night managers and team leaders seem approachable

Cons

The great rate of pay only applies during nights for 5.5 hours if you take a break into account. Holidays are set at basic rate not nightshift premium, absolutely shocking chasing up leaving pay, they say I owe them money and withholding my due premiums which are paid in arrears. Equipment is of sub standard, Lydia voice system cuts off frequently, llops never fully charged, pallets are broken, toxic work force, training they get you to sign off things you've never had training on even if you say no. Rotad in for 7. 5 hours a night but do 8 as standard, not an issue until you raise a pay query. Do not recommend
