Pros

Good Salary - Extra Penny per Hour from Competitors

Cons

Stress Routine Miserable Co-Workers Unpredictable Shifts Have no time even to pee, every second matters, worse than the army. You are one person for the whole store any department which not worth the extra penny.. Store managers only shows how Lidl is the best and why become the best while at the same time they all get angry if you say the truth about anything and tells you to shut up or leave if you don't like the work. May give you some safety, but no one needs surgeries in their life. This job definitely will give you health issues, whose people who still works there, they just see the extra penny and don't see the risks in general, physical and phycological. If you already work somewhere with low salary then stay there because you will find out after while all people leave once find something better or peaceful. The 3 month contract will give you a life experience to working hard/quickly. After that you will definitely know what you need in your life.
