Cons

Avoid at all costs. Manager decided to announce to the team that they had to cut around 50hrs a week. Being the newest member naturally my hours were heavily cut. I was also on the tills pretty much every shift for around 9hrs if not longer at a time. Can safely say worst job I've ever had.

understaffed and overworked ,, micromanagement

pay not too bad but overworked.

Cons

understaffed departments. department staff overworked. shift leaders micromanage staff and cause stress and poor staff moral. poor site maintenance and hse.
