Pros

Gain knowledge and experience managing a team in a high pressure environment to achieve KPIs and give customers a positive experience Supported whilst on the scheme by multiple people and teams and given opportunities others may not receive. Good pay and nice car.

Cons

Very physical job with long hours which can lead to being run down and exhausted, work-life balance also not very good. Moved around a lot of constantly have to build trust within new teams. Given sometimes unrealistic targets with not much help to achieve them. Company always expecting more to be done using fewer resources.
