Decent colleagues Decent hourly pay, that increases after service

Cons

Unmanageable workload Shifts are awful if other colleagues have set days, makes the shift patterns very unfair for the remaining members of staff Lack of staffing, but always overtime to give Hard to reach targets Very unsocial hours May have got unlucky, but awful managers
