Pros

Pay slightly better than minimum wage Some colleagues are friendly and supportive

Cons

Unrealistic pick rate targets that only a few can achieve Messy, unsafe working conditions with little regard for health and safety Managers show no understanding of staff wellbeing and blame workers when accidents happen Treated like a criminal when dismissed — escorted out in the middle of the night with no transport provided High staff turnover because expectations are impossible to meet
