Cons

Made it clear that employee wellbeing is not part of their strategy, and promotions no longer exist. Manager's job is to find new and innovative ways to make the life of employees as difficult as possible. No accountability. Constant lies. Complete disregard of any human or common sense values. Don't even respect their own company values.

Great benefits including staff discount work life balance is great Lidl as a company have been very supportive in terms of my development and progression within the company Lidl As a Company are a very diverse and inclusive company that's something Lidl is very passionate about Proud to work for Lidl for 18 years and will carry on to do so.
