Company doesn't know what they want to achieve. Multiple changes, many new stores get open while old stores get forgotten about. It is not easy to keep up with all changes, and those changes usually do not make daily operations smoother. As a shop worker you are at the bottom of the ladder. Meaning HO and RDC are way more important to the company, what yhey say is sacred, what you say mean nothing
