Pros

The pay is good for retail. Great for part-timers who only want a set number of hours. The employees have an app they can use that can view the rota, book time off and holiday. The people are good and willing to help each other out.

Cons

Training was a bit rushed and mostly online, so you're forced to learn on the job, really. But even after considerable time, there are still things I haven't had training on. Also, there's a tendency to understaff meaning only one staff member needs to call in sick and you have a very hectic situation for everyone else.

Pros

Professional Culture Good Training Paid Well

Cons

I worked there in the early years so they were still finding their feet and procedures changed frequently. Suspect these were just teething issues that have long been ironed out.
