Pros

Good pay, £8.45 p/h for customer assistant, 30 days holiday, gifts at easter and xmas etc

Cons

Awful managers that work you to the ground and expect you to meet unrealistic deadlines. Expected to work early mornings, will call you at the drop of a hat demanding that you work, have to work across all areas of store including cleaning of all areas including toilets!
