Pros

Good pay among the top competitors in Retail, every store is different in terms of people work ethic. Nice place to make your bones, hard work for strong donkey people. It has improved a lot since they changed the social colour from blue to grey.

Cons

Very bad company culture, most of the managers are very rude and unpleasant with their colleagues and also with customers. High turnover because of the few above nominated. There is no Union at all, just a German representative of the company who basically should protect you from the abuse of your line manager, but it never happens. Employees doesn't like each other so don't expect such good atmosphere.

Pros

- Managers get a lot of responsibility and opportunities to learn from consultants - Great pay

Cons

- Head office is very disorganized and often provides half-baked direction with no clarity - No regard for consultants or sellers' time or money and employees are often directed to burn bridges
