Pros

The hourly rate is very good for a run of the mill job. But you have to work for every cent you earn. Apart from that the pros are minimal

Cons

Management is awful without a clue just a philosophy set in stone. No work life balance at all. Need more staff at busy times. Training is non existent even though they claim you will be trained at everything. Every staff member hate being there which reflects itself to customers. I hated being wicked and maybe not as nice to customers as I'd like to be but waiting 7 hours for a break on an 11 hour shift will do that to you only to be denied your second half hour.

Pros

Great benefits. Decent pay, whenever you do receive it.

Cons

Payroll issues you rarely receive your paycheck in full or on time. Extremely high turnover. Senior leadership is extremely disrespectful to store associates. Senior leadership has no accountability. There is no communication or guidelines. Everyday policy is changed but not communicated to everyone. The "pillars" of the company are rarely upheld. There is NO work life balance.
