Very competitive salary, Very good support from the Personnel Welfare Co-ordinator.

Cons

Poor working hours, Company often breaks their terms of contract by not giving you your contracted hours, Company can often give you ridiculous overtime, Company uses an undertime clause in the contract to effectively place you on a zero-hours contract.
