Not worth it!

Pros

75p higher than the minimum wage! That's All.

Cons

Customer service isn’t a priority whatsoever as they claim, actually Lidl stuff pride themselves on being rude to customers and still backed by managers!! Customers used to tell me I’m the only one smiling in this store. The slightly higher pay rate compared to the national minimum wage isn't really worth it, as you're literally gonna do 3 people work at a time.

Pros

Lidl is an exciting and fast paced place to work. The culture is fun and the rollout feels like a start up here in the US. The pay and benefits are good. My training when I got here was great. I felt so welcomed on day one. So far so good.

Cons

Some people are a little negative about the company. I've heard there has been changes recently so there is a little uncertainty.

Pros

You will be paid fairly.

Cons

The top management does not follow policies/procedures. They are hypocritical and unethical. There is no organization and communication is horrendous. If you work for this company, expect NO work life balance.
