Pros

The pay is good when they actually pay you and the break room is pretty cool but that's really about it.

Cons

Just read all the other reviews and that will pretty much explain everything because none of them are wrong. Seriously.

You get plenty of uniform ...and you meet some good people including customers

Cons

Area managers are absolutely rubish to the point that lidl are bringing in German born AM because the british ones are useless.

Pros

More then minimum wage

Cons

No or little brakes and have to leave lunch in order to help out on the till. Have to do everything and not appreciated by management. Emoyees are just at bad. Not good place to work for. Very depressing and management also.
