Okay pay when you get hours.

Pros

Decent enough pay, plenty of hours over Christmas period, some nice staff often outnumbered by overworked staff who don't want to be there.

Cons

Hours often short of contracted for customer assistants, breaks often missed, in fighting between management, little to no career progression & blame culture within company.

Pros

Europe travel. Somewhat a good pay. Flex times on fridays

Cons

The supply chain department is one of the worst department. Managers are young and rude. Directors love when you bow at their feet, when you don't they have a problem with you. Only the favorites can work overtime. The managers are not knowledgeable about what their are doing. my co-worker manager is the worst, he is rude, and does nothing all day but pretends to be busy, worked with him a couple of times and it was the worst; luckily he is leaving soon. we had almost 10 people quit within the past few 3 months.

Get ready for overtime...

Pros

Store Management is very passionate about what they do and it helps the team want to do our best. Good pay for the work, store is beautiful, team members are fun people.

Cons

The company claims to be efficient but it can take 2 hours just to get cashed out if you're a cashier and they expect you to stay and work until everyone gets cashed out. So if you're supposed to get off at 2pm expect 4pm...9:30pm... expect 11:30pm. You're pretty much forced into overtime if you want to keep your job because senior management/corporate really couldn't care less about your personal lives. You're pretty much expected to sell your soul even if you're just an associate.
