Pros

Clocking out to go home

Cons

Pay low for the work expected Management try and threaten you into doing overtime which isn't mandatory Not enough resources for colleagues, you have to wait around a lot to get the equipment required and management shout that you're not meeting your pick rate Shift pattern 6 on, 2 off, don't mention that until you're under contract No support, day 1 shadow a colleague, day 2 "you should know how to do it now" Management incompetent and don't see anything beyond their office

Pros

Go getter environment which means there're lots of potential to move up, an US Startup/expansion backed by the 4th largest retailer in the world...

Cons

Expectations too high, Expansion too aggressive, lack of structure, communication and execution.
