Pros

Good pay. If you are liked by senior management you can go places.

Cons

Work life balance is poor. Number of hours put in negates the salary on offer. It actually works out to be the same in comparison with other retail industries.

Pros

Everybody works hard and as a part of a team which helps everything to run smoothly. Also they way well for this type of work.

Cons

It can be difficult starting off until you get used to the pressure and realize what is expected of you. You also get paid once monthly, this could be a negative for first month of employment.
