systematic approach, fair treatment, always money on time, equal opportunities given, friendliness on the shop floor, new opportunities, challenges given. They listen to you and take into account what you think.

Cons

hard work required. apart from that all doable and good results are recognized and praised. no really bad experience as people there are real professionals. However, sometimes a bit cold.

-Opportunity of a lifetime to travel abroad and study the retail industry in the home country of one of the biggest European retailers. -Sharpen and redefine your leadership styles by finding innovative ways to communicate and develope team member offers, directions, goals, and initiatives. -Stepping outside of your comfort zone to achieve optimum results using processes learned throughout the program, that will forever give you a leg up in any situation.

Cons

-Learning to incorporate the Lidl method of retailing with previous retail experience can be difficult. -Expectations for every employee to fulfill their job title and responsibilities is a big push. Feedback conversations over performance are honest and to the point ways that you can further and improve yourself in your role which can be different from the usual "You're so great and awesome" feedback that I have experienced from other companies.
