Food brings people together, and at Lidl US we are working to improve our relationship with it -- the quality, the price, the convenience, and the way we shop for it. My experience at Lidl has been nothing short of outstanding: Great colleagues. Challenging projects. A company that invests in you professionally. Good work-life balance. Lidl US is truly a place where you can make a difference: we have big ambitions and are just getting started. I feel fortunate to have this opportunity and to be involved right now.

Cons

We're just starting our engines and are building and learning as we grow. It's as much an opportunity as it is a challenge, but for those of us who like to see the fruits of our labor, we don't yet have any stores. I can't wait to actually shop in them!

Great team to work at and like the 3R and T value. Team leader appreciate team efforts. Happy air and great relationship between team members. Time is flexible. Salary and benefits also competitive in industry.

From the beginning I knew this would be something different, something unique, something now-or-never. A startup with money!? Too good to be true. But it is true. You won't ever find a more exciting, beer boring opportunity. See the company grow with your efforts.

Cons

Of course with the strong Pro comes the equally strong Con. It's stressful and time consuming. You really have to manage your time well. It forced me to read about time management in my free time, just so I can handle the amount of work. It helped but others need to learn this too, or you'll be the one catching up for everyone.
