      Pros

      It's a job and a paycheck, nothing else. Most of people manager and below are decent.

      Cons

      Most of directors are young and have no industry nor management experience. If you have any experience, you are disrespected and your ideas are taken and you are given no credit or you are simply ignored. Terrible corporate culture, nothing but a "popularity contest" Don't believe all the hype posted on LinkedIn.

      Excellent exposure at managerial level in dealing with many departments within the company. Good training opportunities. High level of responsibility. Good salary.

      Cons

      Very poor mentoring at operational levels. The company lacks talent management primarily at operations level. Too many legacy staff of old holding back talent. Work life balance is appalling. Financial slavery - well paid jobs resulting in individuals working long hours, zero social life, poor treatment.
