      Pros

      Easy place to work at and no headache what so ever not much customers to bother with and easy filling and good mangers

      Cons

      New products most of the the time and promotion change every time and bit headache there and they don't give you proper

      Decent place to work, Well decent enough of place to work where you can survive. Others that worked there we friendly and nice(Some were not)...

      Cons

      Well, all you cons you can think of for working for retail is there for sure; form really rude customer to lazy management. The guy who did my interview was a real donkey, rude and full of him self. Bare in mind that this is one store in the entire chain so don't take my experience with Lidl as reflection of the company. Anyone wondering where this store is, well it's in Ilford; close by to the station....

      Pros

      stress free environment with lots of friendly staffs to work with. customers make lives easy for the staff with their patience and understanding. overall very good staff oportunities

      Cons

      I would not say the management is not good, but i would say they are not effective enough to manage the staffs. the voices of the staffs are not always heard, and in terms of training not very good.
