Pros

At the beginning salary was quite attractive but the amount of work, stress doesn't pay off.

Cons

There is no such a thing as day off. Every time you get calls from managers asking you to go to work. Always short of staff, unorganized, too many manages that waist their time around while others can't even go to the toilet. There's no friendly atmosphere and people from head office are really arrogant, when they come for inspections don't even bother to say hello.

Pros

Fair pay, that increases the longer you stay there unto £9 per hour. Nice friendly team. Friendly customers. Sometimes enjoyable. Shifts go quick as kept busy. 10% discount.

Cons

Don't always get out on the time that is on the rota. Sometimes not enough staff for the amount of work that there is to do.... however it is expected to be done. Early mornings - Start at six. No extra pay for sundays or bank holidays.
