Pros

Great store assistants, fast paced, good pay for retail.

Cons

Rife blame culture on store managers over minor problems, very long hours (at least 11 a day, usually more), working days change every week so hard to plan a social life, called in on off days, little support. When a manager spends 3/4 of the day on the till due to lack of staff, they cannot perform their duties adequately.
