good team,good money,briliant old manager

Cons

very long hours,my old manager use to work 12-15 hour shifts,come in on his days off to pull pallets.no support from current manager,management now rude and lazy.apparently good looks gets u moved up the promotion ladder. DMS are pointless to the store.

Good wages that can increase yearly, benefit schemes, up to 35 days paid holiday, discount, great teams, variable working hours

Cons

Very hard, manual work, can be long days, lots of pressure for higher up members, high expectations, early and late shifts

Lot's of responsibility from the day to day running of the transport operation to being the senior staff member on site. Great team environment " With the right team " and a Great salary

Cons

No real training package just learn as you go, all depots operate differently
