Pros

Fast paced environment. The drive to move forward every day, standing still in the retailbusiness is not done. They give a lot of responsibility and freedom to young professionals. You are supposed to be very hands on and handle things without nursery.

Cons

Vision of the leadership. One day black, next day white. Internal politics at top level. Poorly outlined career paths and possibilities
