Pros

Pay was good Always guaranteed work If working on night shift, I could take donuts home if enough was left

Cons

Long hours Not fixed hours -one day I worked 5am-10am the next day I worked from 3pm to 10pm People were always calling in sick so work hours were extended to cover

Discrimination, toxic, bullies & harassment

Pros

Absolutely none not even the money is worth the treatment you receive

Cons

Discrimination is rife among area managers and above you call them out and they make your life hell. Toxic bullying culture - ignore there values it’s all rubbish. No training provided to anyone. Rule by fear - they are all absolute sly managers all protecting each other.
