Pros

Fast paced business means that you get exposure to a lot of different opportunities. Great colleagues and management always feel approachable and available. Rewards are also very good, and I feel that I am paid fairly.

Cons

Can sometimes feel quite last minute with decision making, meaning decisions have to be made between doing things quickly or perfectly.
