They can ban you for no reason They can make up a dumb reason not to pay you and make you feel like there’s nothing you can do.

flexible working schedule no constant pressure from bosses doing sports

Cons

bad weather physically demanding depending on your city you will probably need to use your own bike, even though you get some compensation for it, it is negligible, 14 cents per kilometer driven at the time of this review no face to face contact is possible if needed, expect meetings that happen once every few months
