Pros
As a car driver I must admit that there was almost zero stress, it's a flexible job, plenty of time every morning to face usual life's tasks (offices,post,medical care, leisure). Almost zero pressure felt coming from the "Boss".
Cons
During the last months at Lieferando we all got less deliveries and therefor less bonuses and lower payslip. I got to talk with plenty of bike riders and I must admit that for them it can be hell, sometimes the deliveries are way too far away and it's quite challenging during fall/winter season.
