You get a job instantly without any problem Sports while working More or less flexibel working times They give you all working clothes (don't know if they still do)

At the beginning they started with amazing leaders, meanwhile, at least where I worked, the leaders only care for their business, not for their workers At they beginning you were very flexible concerning your working hours, later the flexibility got far less At the beginning, you had great personal contact with everybody you needed to talk to, meanwhile you have to write email to people in other cities and can be lucky if you get an answer
