Pros

You get fit riding bikes

Cons

Poor management, poor shift planning, company doesn't care about rides, tips are bad, wage is bad. It's just not a great place to work.

Good work life balance, nice being outdoors in summer and get to see lots of the city

Awful shift allocation system, the bikes are often not well maintained.

Pros

A pro is that you're working alone and do not have to deal with colleagues or bosses, and you can deliver at your pace according to your fitness level.

Cons

Several cons for small cities: No hubs, that means no company provided bikes or phones or so. Therefore you have to pay out of pocket for upkeep of your bike, their kilometer allowance for maintenance is not enough Sometimes due to less predicted volume of orders, you won't get as many working hours as you need Difficult to communicate with them over phone or email I've had issues with holiday requests too.
