Get to know the city Meet a lot of people Very flexible working hours, ideal for students

Back to back orders on busy day without rest. Some driver coordinators are not nice you admonishing mails due to their technical errors like no show for shift, even when you did the shift. Work in heavy rain, cold or even on days with heatwaves without break.

less stress during working hours. company provides e-bikes for some drivers.

Cons

more stressed because of management. No HR contact. You will be scammed out of your vacation bonus and christmas bonus some times. constant threat of firing. city coordinator was a bit toxic.
