Pros
Flexible, active work and can explore the city. Nice staff and colleagues, but because of pandemic haven't had much in person contact. Most restaurant owners and customers are friendly. Wage, tips and bonuses are good overall.
Cons
As it is an outside job, it is not fun in bad weather, snow and ice can make cycling feel unsafe at times. So would not want to work in winter. Have to pay a deposit for uniform out of first paycheck. Certain foods are difficult to transport by bike, such as soup, which often spill and then it is hard to keep delivery bag clean.
