Pros

Freedom to work alone. Nice colleagues. Tips. Self made shifts.

Cons

Last minute orders 10 mins before the shift is finished. Wrong equipment delivery. Working under harsh weather. Reduced weekly hours to bare minimum during Spring and Summer. Lots of mini-job contracts. Pressure to deliver in time even when the weather is very bad.
