Manage your own time, freedom of being outdoors, meet a lot of people, and get to know the city better. Uniform / work clothing is well provided for and of good quality. Friendly and helpful staff and great onboarding process.

Cons

Working in some unfavorable weather. Pay fits the level of work but of course one could always earn better.
