-If you are friends with some managers and if you are a male you're trusted and promoted regardless of your capacity and years of experience on your domain. -Mansplaining is at all levels, very little amount of women employees especially in tech and no women in management and team lead roles. If you are a woman here, be sure that you will be undermined and not trusted. -People are usually arrogant and reflect huge egos in daily communication. -No team mentality and feeling, anyone can backstab any team member any moment. - If you're working on an important and complicated project and has to do all the hard work by yourself, success belongs to the team but the failure is only yours. -No appreciation for good work but constant criticism.
