Pros

People 4 day working pattern available sick pay private medical insurance good opportunities for development and career switches if you can last 12 months on the customer service line.

Cons

call flow is completely unnatural, you are expected to mention online banking to every customer, young or old, disabled or ablebodied. if customers dont report back that you mentioned online banking, management will start with threats of formal action pretty much instantly. i have had instances recently where ive been marked as not mentioning online banking because i didnt mentioned the messaging service (not fit for purpose, staffed by underpaid offshore contractors and results in a huge amount of customer complaints). poor starting pay (26200 at time of writing)
