The pay is tremendous for the area.

Cons

Ruled by corporate directives, but local management is good ole boy slow to adapt smartly. Although lots of opportunities to skill up, very few effective selections. Good company policy of Diversity and Inclusion, but that doesn't translate very well among the legacy old white former air force pilots in their ranks,
