      Pros

      PTO, medical leave, and part time policies are great. You can drop down to 20 or 30 hours a week and still maintain your benefits.

      Cons

      Government work is a pain, it comes with a lot of red tape. Depending on where in the company you work, you’ll be in a classified facility and have little to no opportunity for remote work. Health insurance isn’t great.

      you will be underpaid, people can be very stressed at work, and your bosses will lie to you about compensation.
