Good Company Overall, Great Benefits, tons of opportunity to learn and grow within your career. You get to work on some really cool things.
Cons
Performance review and raises are standardized corporate wide through out all the divisions. This sort of sets a max 6% raise per year unless your manager can get corporate to sign off on higher raises (which is very difficult). Therefore, if you took a pay cut or took a lower salary just to get in the door you will have a hard time getting proper compensation through hard work alone. They will only give you raises outside the once a year review if you provide HR with another off from another company
