Biggest defense contractor in the world. Decent people to work with. Regular Monday through Friday schedule.

Cons

Defense contract work can be feast or famine. More government oversight than needed.

STRONG union with competitive pay. Lots of opportunities to relocate if desired. Good hours.

Cons

Management hates the union which causes you to need them quite often. They will purposefully ignore the CBA to test the waters and see what they can get away with.
