      Pros

      -The pay (only good because of the Union) -PTO -Pays the bills

      Cons

      -The whole "diversity" thing they think got going is false. -Super top heavy with management. Hierarchy is a spider web, and you'll never know your bosses boss because he/she doesn't know either. Riddle me that. -Health Plan is horrible as like every health plan I've known. -Very discriminating environment. They make their affirmative action quota and call it "diversity," don't believe me look at their Hierarchy. -They rip off the government. -You have to brown nose to move up.

      Good Company to Work For

      Pros

      International company with great benefits. Pay is good. People throughout the company are helpful and reasonable.

      Cons

      The work in the Corpus Christi Naval Airbase contract was not evenly distributed. Those with more seniority "called the shots", so the less interesting and challenging work was left to the least senior. Got boring with not much opportunity for change in the near future. The company itself was nice to work for.

      good location. good guys on the floor.

      Employer promises never fulfilled. Lack of competent management this year. very low employee engagement. fixed term contract with no career progression possible.
