- Great working environment - Great professional structure - Great co-workers, extremely helpful - Flex-time is a plus

Cons

This is a large company so easy to get lost amongst everything. The company does its best to make sure each employee is paired with someone who can show them the ropes, but sometimes forced relationships don't turn out as well as anticipated. That being said, there are plenty of other people in the office who are willing to help.

Great people and interesting work. The company has good benefits. Work time is flexible and everyone is understanding.

Cons

Job hopping is required for advancement and yearly raises are low. The company is so big it feels impersonal and the system controls everything. Experience isn't valued that much.
