Pros

4/10 work weeks. Great pay compared to peers in other industries.

Cons

Your experience depends solely on your team and management. Yearly merit raises/bonuses are based on how much you brown nose your manager. Lockheed Martin still uses the outdated stack ranking system to determine your raise/bonus (see the numerous articles talking about how companies have eliminated it). It is beneficial for you to not help your teammates to advance so you can look better compared to them in order to get a good raise/bonus. If you are a new hire, be sure to talk to your manager about the stock option bonus for staying with the company for a certain amount of years. If you are fortunate enough to receive this, your manager will tell you to keep it a secret.
