Pros

Time first and performance driven culture. Great team who will put you first. Ties back to the United States to leverage off the huge knowledge base. Work life balance is great with an offer of a 9 day fortnight or a 4 day week. Great company benefits like a kudos rewards program.

Cons

Growth may be too rapid.

Cons

- Too much bureaucracy, little appreciation for merit, very hierarchical - You are treated like a cog in a machine - Very difficult to advance much in terms of pay and position - Contract business model breeds mediocrity
