Pros

Professional and respectful coworkers and manager, reasonable workload, numerous resources available to help, work can be done remotely in some cases.

Cons

Workload was inconsistent, lack of communication at first regarding COVID, lack of dedicated funding to training and maintenances, making it difficult to find work when starting out.

Relaxed work environment and flexible hours allows for a good work/life balance. Work is interesting enough. Good benefits and perks like paying for grad school.

Cons

Management is constantly shifting, leading to a detachment between management and engineers. Can be frustrating at times. Also very steep learning curve, makes it difficult to learn properly.
